Pros
Smells good, cleans the hair and makes the hair soft and manageable. Makes my hair so much thicker and fuller. Paired with the conditioner, these make a dynamic duo for soft, voluminous hair.
Biotin pills and shampoo is the new craze on the market right now. This one is awesome and not as pricey as some of the others out there that actually work. I also take the biotin capsules because my hair was falling out a lot more than normal.
Cons
Had to return. But it is nice, just not doing as advertised.

But for the price it’s a shame that i’ve received conditioner once which i didn’t need but kept and just ordered more shampoo… i’ve had two of the pumps that didn’t work and now i get this one that had leaked a good portion out
