Bit bulky but seems to work ok this item has made a huge difference to my knee great support an fits all sizes with the velcro fastening it was stiff and i much prefer the elasticated knee supports do not purchase inadequate stitching i bought a pair of these in july and they have come unstitched already very poor quality for the extortionate price being advertised at not worth the money this fulfils all the expectations given by the vendor
