Pros

The bags are big and very sturdy. Their customer service is fantastic.

They seem very shelf stable, and we haven't had issues with them starting to compost before use. They are biodegradable and sturdy. Good size for our 12-pound shih tzu.

Cons

The listing clearly states the size is 11x13. The material is so very brittle you can rip them with little to no effort. They tear as you try to open them.

The first bag of every roll is taped, and removing the tape rips that bag. I pull it off the roll and the bag starts to crumble and get holes. When i finally get one that works it rips when i pick up poop and i get poop all over my fingers.

Packaging/appearance

I was using them for the cat litter box and it usually took me one bag per trip without issue

The ones i received in this order ripped so easily just by opening them with very little effort that i ordered a new pack of them

However this last order the entire box is terrible quality

These are a nice larger size and they smell good compared to others on the market
