Pros

New life to old earphones. Used these to convert blueparrot 450s headset from on the ear to over the ear. Headphone are like new again.

Cons

This piece is by far the weakest link in the chain. It is so small it will not attach to the headset period. I assume i got a defective pair and your mileage may vary, but would not buy this brand again.
