It is imperative that the connection be complete with the male plugs fully received into the extension cord. Firm connection without being too tight when plugging things into the receptacle. Connecting recliner to wall plug.
Simple, effective, and priced appropriately. Looks very well made and fairly heavy duty. I am not an expert, but i think they would be very safe to use.

This is well made extension cord but the flat receiver does not allow heavy duty plugs to be fully accepted and held in place

This cord is too shallow and pushes the plugs out just enough that there are bare spades exposed to the weather
