It me took a little getting used to because I've never used a trimmer before, but this is such a great purchase. I am prone to getting razor burn every time I shave and was looking for an alternative to give my skin a break. This trimmer is quick and so easy to use. The 0mm trimmer didn't get as close of a shave as I'd like but I wasn't looking to go bald anyways so I didn't mind, I just wanted to try it out with my first use. I used the other trim head without the plastic guide, this trimmed hair to the perfect length for me. I would definitely recommend this for anyone to use. For anyone saying they get knicks, it's because they may be holding the razor at an incorrect angle which happened to me. I got a few because it was my first time and I needed to get a feel of how this thing needed to work (just like any woman would when they first start shaving their legs with a regular razor). Overall this was a great purchase.Pro: quick, easy, no razor burn, you can get a fairly close shave with some practice, can be used dry or wetCon: you may get a few pinches and knicks until you get used to it, 0mm trimmer is not as close of a shave as I expected, hair will go in crazy directions if done dry lol (just lay down a towel or sweep it up after you're done haha)  Read Less
