Pros

Easily installs over a presta valve and allows for easy filling. No more hand pumping my bike tires. Since i use battery powered pumps now i prefer the schroeder valve, but some of my bikes have presta.

They are much nicer to use than the underlying presto valves. They are made of aluminum so if you’re using them on a mtb, they may need replaced regularly. You get five of them so you can stash one in every place you might ever need a presta adapter.

Cons

After about 45-50 lbs of pressure, the hose pops off. The wall thickness precludes the inflator's pin from depressing the valve stem. When unscrewing from the presta stem the gasket that keeps them airtight fails.

Tried to use these on our 3 mtn bikes. These are made so inconsistent. They are incredibly cheap and do not work.
