Pros
Coating chicken, fish, or veggies with big spring mills is a flavorful alternative to plain flour.
Very delicious. Delicious delicious delicious. Very good blend. Arrived really quick.
The product lives up to its name. My husband is a truck driver. I just wish it was easier to find so i can buy more. I have to order it here because the grocery stores in my area don't carry it.
The seasoning in this flour can not be beat. It's heavily seasoned. Makes awesome gravy too!
I was introduced to it from a coworker and was wowed by the taste. Great for using with cubesteak, pork chops and chicken.
Cons
The is an outrageous price for 2lbs better off getting 5lb total. This flour is a irresponsible product.
