My only complaint is that the cord for the massager is to short and it doesn’t tilt back very much. It's not overly strong, but folks have said that plugging it directly into the wall via a phone-type charger gives it more oomph.

I like that the arms are cushy to support my mouse-ing elbow. I’m 380 pounds and it holds me like i was a lightweight.

Instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. It provides plenty of torque. Took me 20 minutes to put it together by myself.

My biggest gripe is that i paid for a new chair, not a returned/refurbished. Don't bother with this chair, its an overpriced pile of scrap. Save up and buy from a reputable ergo chair brand.

The seller/manufacturer only warranties the product for 90 days so they offered no help in repairing the chair. There is only 90 day warranty period on it, which is extremely sketchy for a heavy duty item lmao.

Customer service is absolutely awful. Very dissatisfied. Keep looking. Deceptive and dishonest. They knew exactly why i was messaging then.
