Good working order and more cleaning power than the kohler seat that i was using and the cost is exactly 1/10 th .
Quality is good and price is unbeatable.

The instructions leave much to be desired, but once you've puzzled out how to install it (hint: google bidet installation) it's very straightforward.

I put 3 stars for softness because it shoots a jet stream and 2 because this model does not heat the water but depending on your water temps will most likely be fine for most.

I couldn't find any toilet seat shims that were narrow enough anyway, so i returned the bumpers i purchased beforehand (in case i needed them for installation based on other reviews).
