For the bic soleil the handle attaches to the middle of the head allowing for even distribution of pressure and ensuring that all five blades make contact with the skin see picture

For the gillette venus on the other hand the handle connects towards the bottom of the razor head resulting in a small but existent lift at the top of the head so that the top razors dont necessarily make as strong of a contact as the ones towards the bottom

It has the look and feel of a reusable razor and while im sure thats a pro for many its not very environmentally friendly as all this material just gets thrown away

The pivoting head is somewhat of a generous term as it probably has the range of maybe half of that of a gillette venus3

The packaging is ridiculously large for just two razors

Its also a bit annoying as there is no pre marked perforation to help open the packaging i had to puncture the top with scissors
