Pros

Bought a used prius from single owner at 160k miles. Complete tune up (plugs, air filter, clean maf etc. The triton 3v 5. L v8 is an easy replacement on a 97 jeep tj 4.

Bg epr is an outstanding engine flush product! Just like it it cleaned the engine and the oil stayed much cleaned. It works as advertised to keep your engine clean.

This is exciting. Can't wait. Nice surprise so far. When other products claim to work, the bg products actually hold true to that claim when others fail.

Cons

Midas adverts bg on every corner, i bought the can for 17$ which is very expensive (now it costs 12$). Totally awful product. Used a can of this and immediately sunk 2 pistons and required a complete rebuild.

If you have a 20042009 prius change the pcv its ridiculously easy to do and costs about 7

But for 20 dollars this product helped as much as it could im sure

That’s a huge deal with todays gas prices

The injector didnt look terrible but i decided if i could get them cleaner i would give it a shot

There are a lot of gimmick products out there but these bp products are awesome

We have two other subarus with the same engine and neither of them has this problem

I always used synthetic oil pennzoil platinum or mobil 1 but later i switched to hi mileage synthetic blend and that didnt help

I dont know that my overall cost is that much less vs adding a bunch of oil on a regular basis but the car is happier runs bet... Read More
