The recipes are good and simple and it tells how to tell if your dough is too wet or too dry and how to fix it. My favorite is the brioche. Was having trouble finding boxed bread mixes so decided to go route of making from scratch.

Good quality book. I have rarely been disappointed. As other readers said, this is an easy to read and reference bread maker book.

It is very easy to follow and has some terrific ideas. Simple to follow instructions. Lots of good information.

This book certainly helps in making some tasty bread. The recipes in this book come out perfectly & there is a nice selection to choose from. If you have only one book for bread machine baking- this is the book.

Very disappointed to say the least. No hint of apple nor thyme. Wrong fluid amts in more than one recipe!
