Pros

This bouillon base keeps well in the fridge for a long time. Was very flavorful and delicious. Add some straight without diluting to my veggies and vegan meats stir it around.

It's a lot easier than peeling all those little cubes. My kids love it when i use it in their ramen in place of the seasoning packets. This brand replaces all my soups, stews, among other things.

Cons

It is gelatinous and gooey. Hard to use as it sticks together and does not easily dissolve in hot water.

The regular grocery store size is 8 ounces. The costco size is 16 ounces. Part of what may confuse the customer is that the price to purchase this through amazon is even higher than what you would pay for an 8 oz.
