It heats up quickly,presses evenly, and maintains temperature while pressing. Only thing i did not like is that the squisy mat on the bottom was not glued down.

Temperature controller must be set to a much higher temperature to achieve the desired temperature on the hot plate itself. Went to lowes and bought washers to install so there was a better flush fit with the plates, still is not flush but is better.

Bestequip is not willing to work with you on resolving issues you may have. Bought a 2yr extended warranty from amazon, however because it is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the purchased warranty is useless.
