There is a pulse mode but it doesnt allow me to start mixing at a low speed and then gradually increase it

The base of the unit is large so make sure youve got at least 8 x 8 inches of counter space to accommodate it

You dont want this thing to overheat so dont operate it in a small space where air cant properly flow out the base

Its loud when in use of course but its not that ear piercing type of noise some units give off so personally it doesnt bother me

Leave the vitamix and blentec for the fancy who dont mind dropping 300 on a kitchen appliance
