I glued the rough side of both pieces and after required 20 min

After an hour they easily came apart so i put them back together and used a hammer to them and bonded them for a few hours

Again they came apart easily so i put them back together overnight and they came apart easily again

One last test i bonded them together for over a week and they still easily came apart and remained tacky
