I used to use a regular muffin pan with cupcake tins and non-stick spray, and even then, they would still stick.

They actually did not stick to bottom and i had to use no spray to avoid sticking into bottom.

Update 10/2/17: while these were awesome for egg muffins, i did experience a slight sticking problem when i made blueberry muffins, so i will take away one star.

The only downfall i have found is that when i fill the cups, it is really hard to move them from the counter into the oven.

I would definitely recommend buying these if you are annoyed with cleaning muffin tins or ruining your muffins, frittatas, whatever when you have to scoop them out.
