So i took a leap of faith and curiosity because at the time i purchased it the reviews were not very good

Ive also found that since it massages in one direction then pauses and then continues in the opposite direction before repeating itself if you are not holding your arms up with a lot of pressure it will actually walk its way up and down

It does shut down after 15 minutes but if you want to all you have to do is hit the power button again
