The only drawback is the thoughtlessness of other residents, especially irresponsible dog-owners who clearly think it's ok to let the world be their dogs' toilet, but that's not the fault of the staff, and they do a remarkable job in cleaning up what the residents/dog owners don't

Service calls are answered with promptness and professionalism, and other issues that arise, generally caused by other residents, like a broken trash chute or spills in elevators are also addressed swiftly
