Pros

The bands are thick and sturdy and made of go od material that maintain their shape. Perfect for stretching and doing mobility exercises.

Cons

The bands are tiny. Literally the band completely shears off. It hurts my legs to stretch the band in an attempt at exercising. I have no way of returning them and getting a refund as the return period expired in one month.

The craftsmanship looks pretty poor. The elastic is too flimsy. Very disappointed in the durability.

There's only one of each strength, so the three are heavily mismatched. Two of the clamshells broke after about 10 uses. The x-heavy is more like light to medium. They seem to be ok for arm workouts because the rolling doesnt keep you from doing the w... Read More
