These are good quality probiotics for the price without many fillers. Dr. Matthew and 2 is fine if i choose to do so. Just the right amount of each strain. The dr.

Cons

They’re also pretty gritty and hard to * and i’m not usually a baby about large vitamins/prenatals. Matthew for issuing me a refund. It's not worth the hassle of trying to return.
