After a few days of minor upset as the good bacteria took over i now have a much calmer and soothed stomach and gut. After many years of terrible ibs pain and cramps this product seems to be magic - for me anyway.

Tried making yoghurt several times without success. Whether this product actually contains the live bacterial cultures is highly contentious. Consider spending the extra coin on a better, more precise product.
