I stopped taking hormone replacement on the advise of my doctor and then just had horrible hot flashes
Doesnt totally eliminate all the hot flashes but does lessen them after i take it for awhile it may get better
I have noticed my hot flashes dont seem to be as frequent and thats my main menopause concern since i had a hysterectomy a year ago
