I did a complete clean job from the ceiling down before i turned them on high and shut them in 2 different bedrooms by the next morning the air smelled cleaner and there was no dust

Only had 2 of the alen t 500s for about one month

Seems to be effective however unless on low speed cycle unit is quite noisy
