Customer service experience i had issue with the scale and called them directly easy to get through and the lady i spoke with was very nice and it was easy to get issue resolved although in the end i wound up getting refund as i could not get it to work properlyaccurately

Ideally the product should not need accessories so if that little filter needs to be purchased again they give you spares that would be a dealbreaker too much of a bother
