My only critique is that a couple of the metal tools have a roughuneven cut to them making them rather frustrating when you were expecting a smoothblending application

Thankfully they are few and far in between and honestly you get what you pay for

These could be use for fondant but would not be a longterm choice as they would have to be machine washed for sterilization and would not hold up for long in those conditions
