Pros

The door knob is beautiful and easy to install. Took a couple of minutes. I stripped the poor screws and got them attached to the door. Easy to install and fit perfectly.

Cons

The handle has pieces coming from the inside and it is not sturdy at all. After install it feels wobbly and unimpressive/cheap. Hole on the side of the shaft does not align with the hole on the lever, so you can't insert the tool to release the lever ... Read More

Non-returnable once installed. Very irritating for something that should’ve lasted 5 to 7 years at least. Luckily this handle is on a door i do not use often, or i would request a refund.

There is a pronounced ridge on the handle shaft that presents a harsh, sharp edge onto the index finger. The keys are also awful.

Stay far, far away from this brand. This door lever is cheap in every aspect. Would have never bought only 1 set for 20 bucks.
