The ergonomics of the stock and sights are such that no normal human being can comfortably and consistently use them. Benjamin needs to completely re-enginner this stock so that the sights are usable. As it is now, it is junk.

I have a friend that owns several early models and was impress with the newer one with black stock
But it feels really nice quality almost like a real gun and it will probably last longer so i can give it to my kids and so forth
I cant speak to accuracy yet as i planned to use it with the iron sights which just isnt practical unless youre shooting from a bench
With the crossman 14 gr domed it printed a 12” group at 30 yards right out of the box

If you are an adult western maleyour cheek bones are going to be to wide to rapidly find the rear iron sight

However the high comb on the stock makes it difficult to use the iron sights as it requires an awkward hold to get the eye low enough to see the rear sight

It pretty much requires an optic on a rifle that really wasnt designed to accept one and thats a shame

After cleaning the barrel 3 times and removing the paint from the end this took 30 min
