I have not changed much in my diet apart from eating more fruit as a snack

Product supplied in a white standard pill bottle pills are of a nice easy size to swallow and leave no after taste

I have noticed no side effects from taking this producti have been using both products together one in the morning and one at night with food preferred as stated on label i have also been taking raspberry ketones with thisproduct supplied at a reduced ratefree of charge in return for a honest review which i believe i have done these come nicely packaged and arrived very fast i have just taken my first lot as i have to do a review before 48 hours i will try and come back to update this review in a week with hopefully some good results therefore my review is based on what i see nowthe packaging as i say is very good they are sealed so you know no one has tampered with them
