Holes where slightly off and the bolts seemed a bit low quality and hard to assemble because the first few threads would strip real easy

For the price i was nervous it would be chinese crap but there was no way i was going to pay nearly 300 or more on a quality chair

As mentioned in other reviews the head rest does not support the entire back of the head

The arm rests must be installed onto the chair often i do not install them on other products

The seat easily goes up and down has 5 rollers so is very sturdy – have not fooled with the tilt as it is fine from the factory not sure even if it can tilt back but i am sure it does there is a knob to twist
