The color was just a pastel blue not dark like the pic but if that isnt an issue this is a really lovely piece for a great price
The waist is elastic so it will be able to fit a wide range of people i believe
It cant be worn by itself with a shirt as i had hoped but it works perfectly under wide skirts to give a great shape
