So this hits every checking the list for me i can put it in shakes make actual peanut butter out of it for on celery apples in yogurt and i’ve even made gluten free low fat low sugar peanut butter cookies with this it tastes great so i dont miss real peanut butter when i’m having it the cost is good compared to others and the shelf life is longer than regular peanut butter but again we haven’t had it last very long since we both use it every day this is on my list of essentials for some time now  Read Less
