Pros

Good sturdy product, holds phone securely. I have an iphone 5s that fits securely when the phone is slid down so that the volume * touch the side grip. It holds the phone quite secure and the fast charging actually works.

The stabilizing arms in the base are big and strong to keep it stable and prevent it from moving. Adjustable base expands or contracts to needed cupholder size. Fits tightly in the cup holder without any noise or rattles.

Cons

I am not sure if belkin changed their design, material, or manufacturer but there is clearly a problem with the this product. Most of the people that purchased this unit are having the same issue. Fell apart after only a few uses.

This creates a serious weak point in the plastic. Makes the thing completely unusable.

This product has a tension spring that must be pried open in order to fit a phone inside. I drive a toyota highlander and the cup holder mount does not stay secure.
