Pros

Works as advertised. Works perfectly! This item fits my current device as well as other devices. It does everything l was expecting for it to do and more.

Good replacement cord with options. It fits okay, but as other reviews state, it's just a bit big.

No overheating issues like other adapters. It is nice to order something and have it simply perform its intended function without any further voodoo required.

Cons

Product also causes the phone to work odd, with a continuous ring for incoming calls. Not worth the hassle. Unit is still under warranty but they won't respond so that is worthless.
