I disagree with other reviews that complained that the book didn't say anything new. What i like about this little book is that it isn’t superfluous but rather tame in its chapters. I look forward to diving into the others.

Spira brings clarification through analogy to describe the wonder of consciousness/awareness. Cristal clear teaching about the essence of conciousness.

Peace and fulfillment come when the mind draws itself inward to awareness. It is the very undoing of your mind which is so fascinating that you walk right past the peace and happiness that you are.
