Pros

This is the least expensive usb stereo audio input option that i know of. This connects my audio mixer with my computer. Works very well for recording from a turntable/mixer.

This is worth absolutely every penny. Easy to use/install. But, this comes with two caveats.

Cons

There is a very audible and high pitched hum in the mix when this cable is used. It makes it unusable for me. This is great in theory but there is a delay in sound from strumming the instrument to hearing it on the computer.
