Fans are quiet enough to have on your desk. Comes with windows 10 pro, a power supply, and an hdmi cable.

Pcmark 10 gave a 1429 overall score passmark cpu mark 2379 and geekbench 1097 multicore and 325 single core

The only things i added were a small usb hub and an internal secondary 500gb ssd
