This blanket is super soft and comfortable. It's lightweight and perfect for the summer. Lightweight but could probably be fine for fall and winter, too.

I order a kind size and it is not a king size. The mattress we are use it on is only 8 inches deep. I'm not sure what the measurements are for a cali king.
