Great for newborn babies and they stay close to parent who has carrier on -- and comfortable for baby and lest you have your hands free

My husband is 6'5 250 lbs and i'm 5'4 120 lbs- quite the difference but we both wear these interchangeably and after the first few uses, it now only takes either of us about 30 seconds to get it adjusted and ready to wear.

Love this carrier, tried the original and it was uncomfortable.

The only complaint i have is that it does seem to rub on her thighs where they come out of the carrier, and she gets lines there, but it doesn’t seem to bother her at all, and this would happen with any carrier.

They said they updated their carriers and fixed the issues i had.

The locking buckles are not one hand friendly.

The way they are threaded makes them impossible to tighten or untighten by just pulling on the end of strap.

I thought i would solve this problem by taking the buckle off and rethreading, but the end of the strap is too thick to slide through.

Ergo - we have an original ergo, not a 360, so i can't speak for the 360 (other than that it seems somewhat difficult to go from rear to forward facing).
