The other 2 i paid 200 for each and they are not nearly as great as this one

The only thing i would change is the buckle and the strap is at its maximum distance or length which is 46 its the velcro straps thatcare too short about 6 in prior to the buckle

So the cloth and the velcro needs to be extended at least 8 inches so the maximum waist length can be reached so it can be velcroed

When i first put it on it was ok and it took me a little while to realize why the listing has a different support strap for sale its because the mid back support strap wouldnt even fit around a small child wearing it
