Pros

Remove old pads by inserting metal wedge and prying. The trick with the new pads is to line them up for each side before you remove the adhesive paper cover.

Originals are a little softer. The noise cancellation is still excellent. They look identical to the beats studio cushions i replaced, feels a bit stiffer but does noise cancellation the same.

Perfect fit for beats studio 3 headset. Anne in perfectly and cleanly, and are very comfortable. The pads are comfortable enough, but i haven't tested their long-term level of comfort. They fit, look and feel like new set of headphones.

Cons

A refund was issued to me with no problem. Was not able to install them. I also don't know how to contact their customer support so this is my way.

The tear is from the provided base, not the actual pleather itself. The padding is much thinner. Unfortunately it’s too big for my solo 3 wireless.
