Pros

Creatine is a great supplement for workouts, and proven to be safe through numerous studies. This stuff has the most refreshing taste i've ever found with a supplement product. Better than a pre-workout in my experience.

The tub and scoop are easy to use. Mixes well and easy on the stomach.

Cons

The new formulation tastes absolutely terrible. I'm using is because i'm overseas and it will be a pain to return it; however, it was either poorly kept, moisture got into the bottle or both.

I'm truly dissappointed with beast sports nutrition. Tricky. This is awful.

What i considered a good product is now a ripoff. I am really disappointed, and now i have to wait another couple of days for someone to get back to me. I hope people head my advice.

Then i fill it about 18th of the way with store bought lemonade thats quite strong out of the bottle
