What an awesome beard straightener. Upon opening, everything was nicely packaged and sealed. Great customer service and product.
Cons
Products made in china are absolute garbage. There are newer models out there that prevent most of these issues. Now it hurts using it, seems to be a manufacture problem.
The charge port is poorly attached, needs to be redesigned to prevent it from breaking off inside the straighter handle. Also it cannot be used while plugged in. Now, battery is totally dead.
I was sure fooled. Do not recommend to anyone. Disappointed and out $50.

Mine for exame is curly and weavy super hard to straight if i keep it short so at the beginning i didnt see much value for this one

It takes forever to charge so leave it plugged in overnight

If you forget to charge it and you dont have the usb chord you are screwed especially if youre on a road trip
