This little thing actually works really well. Just need to use slow strokes through your beard. I only use mine at 180 and just use it while I am driving to work. When you start to burn yourself, just have a look and see how many of the little red tips have fallen off. I can still use it but, just barely. Have to be really careful to not burn the crap out of myself. Once those tips start falling out, it can burn you easily. At first it was great though.After a brief discussion with the customer service department at INVJOY, my concerns were noted and addressed. They sent me a replacement unit and it seems to be functioning as it should be so far. I understand that there can sometimes be manufacturing deficiencies and/or issues. Good customer service can make up for any of that. I did fee like they offered good customer service and I needed to amend my review to reflect that. I would buy from this company again in the future with no hesitation.  Read Less
