Its a must for your home gym collection perfect even my gym ordered some speed ball arrived complete with hanging brackets set it up blew up the ball reasonable pressure left it and on return the ball was flat returned the ball as it looks ok quality but cheap go for a more expensive option awesome product and great service works a treat in improving hand and eye coordination for combat training solid built and can take hard shots without it bursting in your face
