It can be a bit messy and gritty but since it helps with the main issue i would recommend it for other cold sore sufferers

I read one of the comments on here where the review was based on a point of view made by a doctor rather than using the product itself
Recommend the product but perhaps buy it from a different website

I received completely melted chocolates from amazon in july so i suspect their warehouse temperature controls have been poor
