My only complaints are that it doesnt have the page turn buttons on the side like older models or the the custom screensaver feature

The cord broke right away i had to use pliers to get the plug out of the nook

I had another cord from a sony charger that works too much hassle to deal with trying to get a new cord from seller

The nook works it is typical of its kind and often returns to the home screen for no reason i can find

It works best with material bought from barnes noble but will connect to the computer as an external drive to copy items from the public library or your computer

You still have to be a capable computer user to do it it is not recognized in the old adobe program like my other nook
