By the way and you dont have to do this im just saying the plastic bottle is of excellent quality i use them for great control of how much agave syrup i want in my coffee dispensing mirin into a recipe the cap seals tight never any sticky residue after dispensing if you throw this away then you cant ever call yourself green

If the oil comes out clear and a stunning amber color then all the lignans are still in the bottom of the container
