Pros
The cover is removable and washable. I let it sit for 24 hours so it could fluff up and it's excellent. It’s very waterproof because my geriatric dog keeps peeing on it!
This is a great bed and the msrp is great for what you get. Excellent customer service. Nicely made. Only thing is i'd love to purchase more casings, but haven't found any at amazon.
This pad is soft but firm and it fits in the crate perfectly. It holds its firmness while being soft for our older girl. This last one though seems to have thinner & less duarble padding that smashes down very easily.
Two papillons and 2 toy australian shepherds. Our cavalier seems to like it. My dog never really chewed on this bed since we put it in her crate. Each bed comes with a pea for your little princess.
Cons
"i'm so disappointed, and if this is the dubious quality of barkbox, i'll never be trying another of their products! It’s much too small and half her body hangs off of it. Regular cooling gels beds cost a lot the reason i wonder the price!

You simply take it out of the package take off the outer plastic and peel open the airtight sack
As noted by other reviewers i wish the seller had packed it in a flat box as it arrived with a big hump in the middle
I can understand why they might have to fold the larger sizes but it would have been easy to ship the small in a flat box

However we’ve started using the covers fitted sheet for pack and play matts over the pet bed cover to help keep them cleaner
