I can see that it lights up green when they bark and when on the highest volume setting i can even barely hear the tone it emits

My own dogs are definitely not feeling confused insecure or pain in relation to it they are simply indifferent and not reacting whatsoever

For example if it goes off accidentally as it is prone to doing the dogs do not even look up

It may be that the unit i received is defective but as previously stated it does light up and on the highest volume setting i can myself hear a slight frequency and sometimes a subtle crackling which makes me believe it is doing something for sure but whatever it is doing my dogs simply do not care
